練習半馬起水泡
10/10 (三)嘗試跑10km,到跑回程的路上,發現左腳內側刺刺的,跑完脫下襪子後,才發現我的腳起水泡了。
起水泡千萬不要把它戳破,不然會很痛~
今天也跑了11.32km,嘿嘿~熟悉的水泡又回來啦~
能慢泡到起水泡,也真的挺得意的!!
